Opporio
Community Guidelines
Opporio is a place for identifying real-world needs and exploring better ways to solve them. These guidelines help keep the community constructive, useful and trustworthy.
Focus on what could be better
Describe problems, unmet needs and opportunities in a constructive way. Focus on what could work better rather than blame, personal attacks or complaints without a clear need or improvement opportunity.
Contribute honestly
Share genuine observations and proposals. Do not deliberately mislead others, manipulate community signals, impersonate another person or falsely claim an affiliation with a company or organization.
Respect other people
Keep discussions respectful. Harassment, threats, hateful content, targeted abuse and inappropriate personal attacks are not welcome on Opporio.
Protect privacy and confidential information
Do not publish another person's private information, confidential business information, trade secrets or other information that you do not have the right to share.
Share only what you are comfortable making public
Opportunities, Solutions, comments and other contributions published on Opporio may be publicly visible. Avoid sharing information that you want to keep private or confidential.
Respect intellectual property
Only share content that you have the right to publish. Publishing something on Opporio does not itself provide intellectual property protection. Consider appropriate protection before publicly sharing details of an invention or other intellectual property when protection is important to you.
No spam or misuse
Do not use Opporio for spam, deceptive promotion, manipulation of votes or validations, illegal activity or other misuse of the service.
Reporting and moderation
Community members can report content that may violate these guidelines. Opporio may review reported content and take appropriate moderation action when necessary.
The principle behind Opporio
Problems are starting points for progress. The goal is not simply to point out what is wrong, but to make needs visible so that people can understand them, validate them and develop better solutions.
